My clients are Mr and MRS Smith, a professional couple in corporate finance are associated with investment baking and both have a passion for design. They both have an active and fulfilling lifestyle. The couple enjoys reading, with a particular passion for historical fiction and biographs. Travelling is another significant part of their life. They love visiting new countries and immersing themselves in different cultures.
The couple wants me to design three spaces for their home, The master suite, walk in robe with powder area and ensuite. The master suite boasts expansive views of the rolling hills, offering a breathtaking northwest panorama of the nearby forest.
The client wants us that the design theme should draw inspiration from an iconic interior designer or decorator, serving as a cohesive foundation, while thoughtfully balancing the clients differing taste and ideas. We must reconfigure the layout to better utilize the space and improve flow. We have 2 moths to renovate the three spaces. Its a contemporary new build house with northwest.
Mrs. Smith, with an open budget, envisions a space filled with brand new products that exude a contemporary vibe, embracing light neutral tones with a touch of electric styling. Meanwhile, Mr. Smith, working with a budget of $150,000 prefers renewed furniture with a 20th-century influence, favoring dark, moody and more masculine tones, all while prioritizing sustainability. The space is used mostly in the evening and night and there is a lot of natural light in the
room.
Mrs. Smith has provided the floor plan, which details the layout and shows a consistent ceiling height of 2700mm across the master suite, ensuite and walk in robe.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
